Most passwords arnt stored in cookies. So most likely the password your trying to find wont be in the cookies.

There's no such thing. Passwords are stored in a hashed form, not in plaintext. A (good) computer security system does not actually know what somebody's password is.
Because it can't find your license, or rights which are stored on you XBOX Live account, so when you disconnect, you lose your rights.
Find the wireless connection, type in the password you need to hook it up with. It should save from there.
