Assuming that you do not know her duty station or general location, it is much more difficult, but not impossible. There are several things you can try on your own that may be effective. Try searching locations sights like Pipl or Intellius. Pipl is a free site, Intellius will give some free information, but charges for more in depth inquiries. There are a number of other sites you might use as well. See the related link below for a list, and scroll down to the "People" section.

Additionally, the American Red Cross has always offered a service to family of service members. Contact your local office of the ARC and provide them with all the information you have. They may be able to get a message to her or her commander, but they are not likely to divulge any location information.
