The short answer is, you don't. A duckling's wing is very fragile, and mis-setting the wing can cause permanent deformity, cripple the duck so it can't fly and possibly result in the duck being in permanent pain for the rest of its life. If you want to help, you can call around to see if there is an avian veterinarian or a wildlife rehabilitation center that will provide medical care to the duckling; depending upon the species, you might be able to find someone.
