bondo would probably work well its used for replacing chunks of fiberglass that have fallen of of cars so it is very sticky.

adjust the hop up on the left side of the barrel put it to middle.

The problem most likely lies within the hop up chamber. There may be debris or deformaties. I if the bucking is damaged, depending on the brand, you may beable to find a replacement

There is no reason to fix it if there is a crack in it that you can't see. If it really is a problem take it to the company store and see what they can do. take it to the phone store and ask if they can fix it
That is the easiest question I have answered. My friend has an M4 Field Duty kit, and I would recommend just getting a new gun entirely. Even if you chose to fix the M4, it wouldn't be worth it.
