How can you fix your 8573025 kitchenaid dish washer if it is making a grinding noise comma how can you fix it?

I fixed my Kitchenaid dishwasher 8573025 door noise by pulling the washer out (remove any screws holding it to the counter) about 6 inches (just enough to expose the doorwheels the cord that"S" through the wheels. The cord connects from the door, "S" through the nylon wheels and connects to the springs in the back part of the washer.
One set of nylon wheels turn (those where fine). The second set (stationary guides) is where the noise was coming from. I applied somegrease to thecord just above and below the guide, thenmoved the door up and down. I made several applications of grease repeating this process several times. The door is very quiet now. Push the wash into placeand secure to counter as before.
