Anyway, sleep early like about nine or your eyebags will sink too deep and it will become permanent eyebags (the dark circles under your eyes). Close your eyes and lie on the bed. Leave your mind a total blank and slowly you will drift off to sleep. Got it? Or you can read a book for a short while then sleep with your mind cleared. Your body needs that energy to move !!!!!
