I have the same hairstyle as her and heres how i do it. Color: Mix a 3 or 4 neutral brown color, a black color, and a burgundy color together for the all-over color. For the blond, do a 5-foil bleach highlight. 3 foils in the bangs and one on each side for the peekaboos. Haircut: Get a slight a-line(longer in front, shorter in back). Razor it for lots of layers, especially in the back so it gets the lift. Faceframe the bangs so you get the slant. If you need any more help just ask!
