You need to trade over the event celebi from heart gold/ soul silver and go into the game freak building on black/white with it as your 1st Pokemon and the kid that doesnt say anything turns into it, the kid next to it will then say u can take it if u have an empty party space and spare ball. its still possible to get the event celebi on HG/ SS just you tube it. but i know for a FACT u still can.
