Be very careful when you try this. the other girl will get jealous and may attack you. You could get him drunk sleep with him and tell his Girlfriend he got you pregnant. Not telling you to do this but this is one way to do it.

you have to make yourself look worth more than the other girl, look nice but don't overdo it or else you'll look full of yourself. give him OCCASIONALLY a smile and a wave so that he knows you're interested in him, but acknowledges in you that you are a person who gives people their time and space. figure out what he likes best and if he likes humor for example, slip jokes on little pieces of paper into his pocket [FUNNY ones] or if he likes chocolate chip cookies then bake a batch for him and deliver it to him. as i said DO NOT overdo it.
