Changing your personality is really hard, and you have to be incredibly disciplined to do it. The best way to become bubbly is to start laughing a lot, even when things aren't funny. Try not to pay attention to people's problems, instead seek out what is good about their lives and get excited about everything! Whenever you don't do these things, punish yourself (no desert, etc..) so you will want to be bubbly all the time. Reward yourself when you are!
