This is actually a costume that is called Mafia man . He has a black and white striped suit with cigar . You can find this costume at costume sales . But it is very exspensive like 200K in coins . Hope this helps u :) You do not need the costume to get the cigar. You can use the cigar without a costume by going to the fashion store, and clicking police vs mafia. The cigar is for sale in the store, however, it costs 10 yobucks, which is a lot! Yocash to coins conversion is 1 to 100, so technicallly it is worth 1000 coins.... But really, it's worth whatever a person is selling it for, and how much you are willing to pay. So if you do not have yocash, find someone who is selling it and pay what you think is fair.
