Well you cant force yourself on her, so you should simply just talk to her!!! See if she really is right for you, because if you like her without ever talking to her you know nothing about her so go talk to her, think about it if you never talk to her youll never know her and it will frustrait you forever so talk to her and if she likes you after that then thats great, but if not then she isnt the right one so whats there to lose?
