Depending on the headache laying in a dark room with some type of light pressure on the eyes and sinus (ex: your arm draped over your eyes or something similar) and placing an object under the back of your neck to tilt the head slightly back eleviating pressure on the lower back of your head. A neck massager works wonders. Alot of the pressure built up in a headache seems to derive from optical strain and muscle tension in the neck...usually where the lower part of your head meets with your neck. Sometimes caused by bad posture or using a computer/watching tv in the same position for an extensive amount of time. Dehydration and/or lack of nutrition can also cause headaches to occur
lay your head down on a soft pillow and just lay there for a minute and relax. After about 2-3 minutes drink a sip of water then lay down and relax and close your eyes not tight though. And just lay there until you fall asleep. After a few hours of rest your head should feel much better and if it doesn't then take some Tylenol and do the same thing that you just did. :)
you can get a headache again if you listen to your iPod to loud or if you watch TV to much.

I would take the pills as soon as you rememeber them.
When I started taking Lexapro I had a constant headache. My doctor told me that was a 'normal' side effect of the drug and it would subside in a few weeks. For me it took about a month to be headache free. To me it was worth it because I chose the headache over the constant sadness. I also suffer from migraines and the Lexapro headache was not debilitating like migraines so I stuck it out and the headache went away. The headache returned after I increased the dosage to 20mg and it took about 3 weeks to adjust.
A temporary headache could be caused by straining your eyes for too long. Taking a break from staring at the computer or television frequently will help to prevent these headaches.
Yes you can but it really depens on what BC pills you're taking. If you get a period with these BC pills then start a new pack. Contact your doctor or Pharmacist for medical advice relating to these pills.
Common over the counter remedies include aspirin, acetaminophen, and ibuprofen. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist, consult with a physician. At times eating will relieve a headache or drinking caffeine. Low blood sugar can cause a headache as can high blood pressure or illness. Getting some sleep or taking a hot bath may take a headache away. Again, if the symptoms are severe or persistent, go see a doctor.

The taking of any medication or controlled drug if not prescribed by a doctor of medicine is a very dangerous thing to do irrespective of WHERE and WHEN you are offered.
sometimes just taking a pill will make people think they are getting better when they really aren't. when you include a placebo group, you can take away the percent that thought they were getting better from the group that was taking the real pills to get a more realistic answer of how the pills are making people feel.
