Retail stores are one option. Clothing stores, or movie/video game stores, for example. A lot of those places do not mind if you don't have experience. You can also try waitressing or bartending. While the drinking age in the U.S. is 21, due to a loophole in the law, you only have to be 18 to bartend. Usually, waitressing and bartending jobs require experience, but if you can just find someone who will give you a chance with that first job, you'll be okay. It's a lot easier to get those jobs once you have a little experience.

This really depends on what kind of experience the person has. Customer service, cash handling, working on a farm, stocking shelves, call center, it just depends. To be up front, the overwhelming majority of employers do not expect teenagers to have much of any experience in the job market, after all, since the common legal age to work is 16 (some places require 18), most teenagers have very little, if any, job experience. Back to your question, you need to be more specific about what kind of experience you have. Common jobs are customer service, cashiers, fast food, busing tables, working in a grocery store, things like that. There is nothing wrong with that. Lastly, regardless of your age, put together a resume! Since you may not have much of a job history, put personal experience on there. What have you done in school or on your own time that can relate to the job. Believe me, even personal experience does count towards getting a job, and a resume is a must.
I think that it is not how old you are to shoot a gun it is the experience that you have with one.
