Press Control, Alt, Delete. Alternatively, right click the taskbar and choose "Task Manager" from the context menu and you'll see the Task Manager. Choose the "Users" tab. It will list users currently logged in!
Access Task Manager (Taskmgr.exe) and go to the Users tab. The Users tab shows all users currently logged on the system.

There are a series of commands, depending on what and how much information you want on logged in users. The commands are: who w users finger (if installed)
There are many ways to do this, but the fastest and easiest is to use the 'uptime' command, which will tell you in a summary line how many users are logged in.
Once you are logged in go to "Account Settings," which should bring up a list. The tenth option on the list should be "Blocked Users." All blocked users will be listed there with an option to unblock next to the name.
The block log is only viewed by Supervisors and CAs. If you are a Supervisor or CA, go to Warn/block listed under Site tools. Scroll to the bottom and click on the link labeled Block Log for all blocks and unblocks listed in time order, or List of Blocked Ips and Users which is a list of currently blocked users listed by the their block time or the last time they logged in.
These would be the instructions you get when you buy the computer. Usually called the users manual.
It reports the list of users that are logged in with a regular interactive session (e.g. a console login or ssh). It does not report non-interactive sessions.
You are asking for two different things here. For a sorted list of users, type 'users'. For the number of lines containing any text, type: grep -c IGNOU list-of-files

The basic 'who' command lets you see the time of last system boot; list of users logged-in; the current run level, etc.
To log off Twitter on your computer, click on the 'gear' icon at the top right hand side of the screen. A list will appear. Click on 'Sign out'. That's it - you're logged off!
