Well,if you don't want to pull it out or get dentistry work(Both very painful),I'd suggest placing a small piece of ice on the gums above and under the part that aches,and/or rubbing the teeth and gums very,I repeat VERY softly.If you don't want to do either of those things,tough luck.Just wait a while until you can do one of the things above,or just wait until the pain recedes.

Well, if the tooth hurts only a little bit, try gargling warm water with a pinch of salt in it. If the tooth hurts unbearably, (like a canine), then you should buy tooth/gum cream and apply it. If it is a canine, then it will hurt a lot while coming out (esp the bottom canines) Hope I helped :)

Take a cold wet wash cloth and just squeeze your gums under the loose tooth and you might have to pull up a little but it doesnt hurt sometimes you dont even realize that it cam out.
