You can hold for longer period of time, or make it more difficult by holding a weight. You can also vary the degree of flexion you use, the grip width or the thickness of the grip. You can pronate or supinate the hands or neutral if possible.
Really you just hang in the position for twenty seconds and lock your arms... pushups and pullups will help :)
