It depends on what the issue is with your eyesight. You could try Dr Bates' method detailed in his book "Better Eyesight Without Glasses" and for a full essay on this method, Aldous Huxley's "The Art Of Seeing"

1) the iris opens wider, thus any imperfections in the lens become more apparent. 2) the rods of the eye (which respond better to dim light) are less densely pack near the fovia of the eye (the part with the sharpest vision).

keep it out of eye sight. Don't tell anyone you are growing, even those closest to you.
The main factor is age, though ultraviolet light, physical damage, and certain health conditions (such as multiple sclerosis) also affect vision. The following factors do NOT cause us to lose eye sight, despite rumors to the contrary 1) computer use / reading / eye strain 2) bright lights 3) using glasses/contacts 4) allergies

You had better answer the summons.
Your strong eye has nothing to do with what you are doing with them. Your strong eye is the one that leads or generally sees better. In many right handed people, this is the right eye which facilitates shooting since when you hold the rifle to shoot it right handed, your right eye naturally lines up with the sight. Having the opposite eye being strong tends to complicate shooting. Typically for a right handed shooter, the right eye is the strongest. Try a simple test to determine which eye is stronger: 1. Make a small triangle with your palms away from you. 2. Slowly pull your hands toward you. 3. When it gets to your face it will have eventually begun to commit to an eye and that is your dominant eye! Another test to determine dominant eye: With both eyes open hold out your thumb at arms length and cover up a distant object. Close your right eye. If the object is still covered, your left eye is dominant. If the object can now be seen, it is your right eye. (I shot pistol for years trying to sight with my right eye. Once I realized my left eye was dominant, my scores improved by 50%!)
