This is not strictly true as there are many people who get bigger without supplements. However they help by providing protein and more that you might not be consuming enough of. The best way to get bigger is by making sure you are getting the right amount of calories, protein and carbohydrates in your diet. In a way, you need to 'overfeed'. This means that you must consume more calories than you are burning off through exercise. It worked for me!

Relax from head to toe. Close your eyes and relax every part of your body.

Sleep on your back with a flat pillow under your knees. This will align your spine properly and prevent any back aches caused by sleeping in a bent position.

Get bigger in size by eating more (that'll get you fat) and then excercise with weights (to make you musclar).

The only way I know to get taller would be to long through a long a painfully operation of breaking your legs, pulling them longer and wearing metal supports until bone has grown back. Try wearing vertical stripes instead.
