Baking soda is natures miracle cleaner. Use that with a cloth or scrub brush and you won't have added chemicals to deal with. The baking soda is good for the pool water also.
you must put alot of muriatic acid to burn off the liner
get a brush and scrub scrub scrub!
use acid of clorine :D
clean it with peroxide
Hot water and bleach
Bleach marks are from chemicals comming into contact with the liner.. Never add dry chemicals to the pool, completely dissolve all chemicals in water before adding to pool... That information should have been given to you when the liner was installed..
I've used Goo Gone to remove stains from vinyl bags before. I would test it on an inconspicuous area first to make sure it doesn't harm the finish. I used it mostly to remove surface stains and dirt, so if your stain is deep into the vinyl it might not work as well.
As far as I can tell, it is not structurally harmful to vinyl pool liners, but can fade their coloring. The first year I had a pool, I made the mistake of dumping 1/2 pound of calcium hypochlorite (bleach) in one spot in the pool, which caused the liner to turn from blue to white, but did not cause it to leak.
Parlophone Records and Capitol Records each issued white-vinyl collector's editions of this album, but most of the copies issued have been on standard vinyl.
We are in the process of doing jsut that. We are replacing the liner and bottom of pool. We have the vermiculite bottom. We filled in the deep end of pool, due to water shortages, and are now trying to decide which liner to buy. I don't know anything about the sand bottoms but our bottom fell apart when we took the liner out. Hope this helps
Poly vinyl acetate is white glue.
You can use isopropyl (rubbing alcohol) on a wet paper towel to remove a stain, or for major stains, you can use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.
try using distilled white vinegar than wiping completely dry with a lint free cloth
You should never completely drain an above ground pool. The chemicals in the vinyl liner that allow it to stretch when originally installed do not last. If you drain the water, the liner will shrink and when you refill the pool there is a good chance that instead of stretching back the liner will rip instead. NEVER drain your pool.
No it was a Cunard liner.
They make a sleeve to cover the post. Just a hollow square tube. Has a trim cap for the top.
