there really isn't a way to meet famous people because u can bump into them anyday.but i can tell u dat u can go to places like Hollywood California and New York City.also u can can go to concerts and get backstage passes for u to meet them

The best way you can get to meet someone famous, generally is to go where folks like that hang out and see them there, and they're probably not going to be all that receptive to you. Some have web sites for fan clubs, try going there, and being with other star struck people.
What I do is I go on YouTube and search them up. Go to their channel and somewhere on there, you press the "send a message" button and you can send them a message.
