First, go to the venue web site and they will refer you to the purchasing system they have. Often times its ticketmaster or something like that.
If you are looking to buy tickets to a sold-out show, I reccomend a site called stubhub, and eBay has become a good second party site to buy show tickets. Both of these places keep strict guidlines on markup. You WILL pay more but within reason.
