=== === Actually, there IS a way to get BOTH Anorith & Lileep in Pokemon Ruby without trading or using cheats. The only cheat you'll be using (not actually a cheat, just a technique) is the Quick Save (which is actually what I call it). You'll need:
1. VBA (VisualBoy Advance)
2. Pokemon Ruby game (download one...a game for VBA)
Now, you've got to follow everything according to what I say.
It takes A LOT of time though, because you have to get to Mauville & the place
where there's a desert. Defeat 3 Gym Leaders (Roxanne, Brawly & Wattson) then go to Lavaridge & defeat Flannery. Once you go out of the gym, May/Brandon appears from the house on the right side & gives you Go-Goggles. Now you have the chance to go to the desert. Go to the very top part of the desert. Face the fossil on the left. Press Shift + F9. Now, go to the other fossil. Press Shift + F10 this time. Now, press F9 ONLY. Press the A button (whatever setting you are in) & take it. I know you won't get them instantly & you've got to revive them at some place. Now that you got the Claw Fossil, press Shift + F9. You quick saved. Then, press the Start button to make the start menu appear, then pick Save. Save your game. Then press F10 ONLY. You'll be brought back to the part where you are facing the Root Fossil, this time. Press the A button to choose the Root Fossil, then press Shift + F10. You quick saved. Then get the start menu again & save your game. There. Now you've got TWO fossils. I haven't ACTUALLY tried it myself yet, but I hope it works. Change it if it doesn't.
