Lortab is known for hydrocodone which yes is a pain refief, normally pain pills only stay in your system 2-3 days but if you are that worried on top of it drink a lot of water and iv'e always been told that if you are having a urine test done drink tablespoon of vinegar 3 days prior to the test(but i can't tell you if that one works but if anyone does try the vinegar please let me know the turn out) but drink tons of water and it should be out of your system.

∙ 12y agoThere really is'NT no way to get loratabs out of your urine! The best thing to do is to drink lots of water and give it a good 1-6 days depending on how much you have used.
