First go to cheat, set your money 500,000 and press add 10 tokens. Also press unlock ALL buildings. Build a city hall. After doing this, build a road with the city hal and place utility centers on BOTH sides. Now, click the XL button and go to the trade icon. Put electricity all the way up. [trade with omnicorp only] Now press the save button, press start over. Then go back to trade then put cash DOWN toward the left. [it will go back to 0]. You will have OVER 2 MILLION DOLLARS in less then 3 minutes !
