Im serious i got this without a cheat at all!!! go underground and keep popping up until you get in the middle where theres only about 4 tunnels and dig and you might find some fossils but i forget what the fossil was called anyway the take it put it in your bag and then come to the surface and go to orenburgh and into the coal museum and give the fossil to the second guy behind the counter and give him the fossil then go outside and come back in then talk to the man again and he might give you a regirock or something else like aerodactal or lily something.
