- Shampoo
- Conditioner
-A comb
- A brush
- A towel
Firstly wet your hair. Use about a 2 pence piece blob of shampoo. ( This cleans your hair) Massage this into your scalp for at least 10 seconds before moving onto the ends. Rinse and repeat. Once you have done that use about the same amount of conditioner (this is used to restore nutrients), but this time do not rub into scalp. Work well into the main body of your hair and bangs as your scalp creates natural nutrients. Rinse well with Tepid clean water - Do not use boiling hot water to rinse your hair - Just before you dry your hair give it a quick cold wash. Dab your hair with the towel and massage your head. Then use a comb to get out all knots and tangles, and finally brush your hair through... Let your hair dry naturally after that - NEVER BLOW DRY !!!!!!!
