put baking powder on a tooth brush and scrub your teeth and then rense your mouth and you can do that with proacside to just dont swallow it and you can by whiteing strips or whiteing trays
well i am 14 and i am involved in modeling and pagents so this may be a good answer lol. i use colgate total 3d whitening and then i always have a little cup full of baking soda, i dip my toothbrush with the toothpaste on it and i make sure to not put a lot. the baking soda taste funny at first but has AMAZING results. i also use lemon juice and baking soda hope this helps.

I have been using baking soda and pre-rinse whiting mouthwash as a paste prior to brushing my teeth. Just dont brush to hard :)
