You have to pay 20,000 gold to Lady Celestia at Sunbreeze Grove to get your adult dragon. Just talk to her and click "Baby Dragon and Training" then click "Grow Dragon". But if you mean having your adult dragon following you around, then you can't. To use your adult dragon, you must do something like training or unlocking skills.
First you have to have a Dragon Amulet. Then, you have to have to be done with the Dragon Egg Saga. Then go to Lady Celestia in Sunbreeze Grove. When you talk to her, there will be many icons. Click on the one that says, "Baby Dragon Quests and Training". At the bottom there is an icon that says,"Grow Dragon". It costs 10,00 gold. But, be careful, because it will apear as a kind of weird looking toddler dragon. It will only be an adult dragon when it is facing like a really hard boss or something.
You will not have a baby dragon anymore but a slightly grown dragon companion. You will have to spend 10.000 for growing your dragon so it will become a toddler and you will be able to have another pet too.But if you are battling a titan or something like that your dragon will become an adult automaticly for that. WARNING:Your dragon will only be adult for titan fights like Xan titan fight then when its finished it will become a baby/toddler again.
just go to sunbreez grove and talk to priestess and say grow dragon

There are a few positive benefits of a toddler using and playing with Mobilo toys. First off it encourages key building skills, hand and eye co-ordination, but also shape recognition and team skills when played in a gourp.
