To have your Sims sleep, first you need to have a bed. but caution:if someone they don't have a high relationship with is sleeping in that bed, they won't even lay down. so what you do, is make sure you're focusing on the person you want to sleep, and then click on the bed, and it should say "Sleep", then just cllick sleep.
