You have to get the mystery gift. In case you don't know, you can get the mystery gift by going to Jublife TV station and I'm not sure what floor exactly, but one of the floors there's a man and a woman beside him. Talk to the man and say, "EVERYONE HAPPY" then say,"WI-FI CONNECTION" and you'll unlock the mystery gift. Now, it's just on your menu. But to actually GET it you'll have to have a wii or a friend with a DS and a Pokemon Diamond/Pearl game. Then you choose "Get it from a Friend" and both of you will now have the mystery gift. I have an Action Replay and a Pokemon Diamond/Pearl myself, and I've completed the game and have all the legendaries except acerus.
