Well, first select the model you want to move. Go near the feet of the model and select the one called "Leg IK". You click "move" and move it to the place wherever you want the model standing. Do the same with the other one too, same exact thing for the points on the feet called "Toe IK". Then you select the the center of the model (it's most often placed in between the thighs) and move that over to the place where you want it standing. You may have to adjust the leg points and the toe points to make the model stand correctly.
-Hope that Helps! ^_^-
It depends. The multi model edition is probably the best if you want to use more than two models at a time, but it can lag at times. The DirectX9 version is the newest, and works best on newer PCs.

Well, after you've downloaded and EXTRACTED it, you open MMD and at the main screen go to the little red box at the bottom that says Model Manipulation, click the drop-down button with the list of options that will say: Camera/Light/Accessories and the names of any models you have selected~ Go to Camera/Light/Accessories and click it~ You will see a wide yellow box to the right which says Accessory Manipulation~ Right below the drop-down box, you will see Load~ Click load and select the desired accessory, or in your case, stage~ Then a few other options will appear in the boxes below Load~ These are used to position, enlarge, enhance, or shrink the desired accessory~ And, if a stage is too small, go the the box that says "Si" at the bottom and backspace the 1 in "1.000 and put maybe a 3 or 5 depending on how big it needs to be~ If you knew that already, sorry, but it's better to kill two birds with one stone as apposed to~

The second stage of pinta occurs between one and 12 months after the primary lesion stage.
No simple answer to that. Usually, simple is good, but there's limit to how much pressure you can build with a single-stage pump. A two-stage pump will let you reach higher pressures, but is more complicated.
