Try downloading the freeware version of Goldwave, open the MP3 and use remove vocals option. When saving it will save in a .wav format, so you will need to recompress the audio file with a MP3 converter.
Yes, the vocals in a song can be removed using an MP3 editor called Audacity. This is a free editor that is popular with people who like to use if for karaoke music.
I found something here: http://www.karaoke-version.com/mp3-backingtrack/duffy/rain-on-your-parade.html There are versions with and without backing vocals.

The Difference of an mp3 and mp3 recorder is the mp3 is a electronic portable. An mp3 recorder is an electronic divice like an mp3 but you'r allowed to record
No... an mp3 contains 2 tracks of audio just like the tracks on a music CD, they are for the left, and right sides of a stereo system. The different elements of a song have been "mixed" and there's no effective way to separate them. Even gizmos that claim to remove vocals from music tracks can't really remove every trace of it... they work by reversing the polarity of the left or right side, and then playing both in mono... which cancels out whatever may be blended equally to both sides... where the vocals are most often. whew!
Not easily. Vocal removal is normally performed by cutting (or notching) the "Center" channel. Since vocals are normally mixed unpanned (neither left or right), then inverting one channel onto the other will cancel out the vocals. However, because of the compression used by Youtube, as well as by MP3 files, neither are candidates for this type of vocal removal. Asker: I thought It'd be difficult. Things always are. Thanks for taking the time, anyway.
