Additionally, according to Serebii, you can find Whismur in Routes 30 through 35, Routes 42 through 45, outside of the Ruins of Alph buildings, outside of Mt. Silver, Route 47, Route 4, Route 6, Route 9, Route 10, Route 13 and Routes 21 and 28 while playing the Hoenn Sound on the Pokégear Radio.
