The organisation that issued the card.
If you lose your credit card or it is stolen you should report it to the bank that issued it immediately. There is usually a dedicated number for such occurrence's.
This had to be reported to the company who issued the card ASAP as soon as your card was lost or stolen
Memorize it.
If your license is suspended, just go to your local Drivers License office with your State issued ID card if you have one. If not, then take your birth certificate and your social security card the same as you did when you first got your drivers license. They will give you your Drivers license number if you can appropriately identify yourself. Your ID card in Texas will have a different number from your DL card but they are associated in the state database. You will then need to file your SR22 through an Insurer licensed to do business in the state. A Texas Sr22 Insurance provider.
Contact the issuing authority and have a stop placed on your card and at the same time they will arrange for a new one to be issued
My experience is No. A large portion of the number is the same, but the last 3 or 4 digits differ, just as when the card is cancelled and resissued if lost or stolen.
No. Banks do not prints out the customers account number in the ATM Card. This is done to protect the bank account details in case the ATM Card is lost. Not only BPI, every bank in the world follows this safety precaution. So, you wont find the account number in the ATM Card issued by any bank.
To find your HCHD gold card number if it is lost, contact your issuer.

Call the bank that issued the card as soon as possible. They can cancel that one, without penalty to you for unknown charges, and send you another.
