You can get your password to work again by going to the log in page.Then,go to forgot password.enter your secret code and they will get you a new password.write the new password down,then go back to the log in page and go to chnge password.

If your code doesn't work the first time you try to register for an account, try it again. If it still doesn't work, this means that someone has stolen your secret code! The only thing you can do now is buy a new Webkinz plush animal. If you already have an account on webkinz.com, and your computer doesn't let you type the password, you probably don't have the password right. Try again. If you haven't completely registered your account (created screen name/password) , your screen name and password will not work. you type in webkinz in your browser, hit enter, then hit log in, and type in your user and password. If you are still in the site but accidentally logged out you should be able to hit log in again and then type in your user and password.
