Most communities have New Age/metaphysical or alternative religious bookstores. Many of these have bulletin boards where Wiccan groups open to new members and/or the curious can be contacted. if you are curious they may make an appointment to talk to you in advance or they may be holding a ritual that is open to the public (usually by invitation). I recommend you do a bit of independent research and be open minded when you visit, also, ask your questions either before or after the event as rituals should not be interrupted. Basic etiquette should be observed.
Shabreen is a ritual performed by wiccan's. Each of the wiccan's sacrifice their second child as an offering to their god of health. This ritual is performed every 10 years on the 1st of January. It is an extremely sacred ritual and if disturbed, they believe that the god of health will torture them until they die.
No. Unless that ritual was a Wiccaning, you are pretty much as you always have been. As I explain to visitors at our gatherings... Standing in a Pagan Circle does not make you Pagan any more than standing in your garage makes you a car.
Well, anywhere. Go to a local Wiccan coven and ask were they do their magic. For more in depth research Google the subject.
Tealight candles are fine. You can use any materials you have to hand. They do not have to be elaborate. A simple white tealight will substitute for most candles.

You need incense in a Wiccan ritual. But you could do a ritual even if you cannot prepare incense at all. There are several types of incense you could use. Powdered incense on a charcoal disk or a Censor Incense cones or stick incense Incense oil on an oil burner. Oncense oil does not give off fumes, and safe for using indoors for a small room/long ritual.

A Wiccan is a follower of the Wiccan spiritual path, while a wooden ring is, well, a wooden ring. I'd say in this case it's a wooden ring belonging to a wiccan.
