You must first journey through Fiery Path and travel your way round. You will eventually come across a field of ash and soon, Fallabor Town. After reaching this town, you must travel southwest even further until you reach Meteor Falls.
At Meteor Falls you will meet Professor Cozmo and Team Magma's and Team Aqua's Leaders, Archie and Maxie. After the scene, you should then travel back to the cable cars.
