From KT Theatre signal, just go straight towards the Over bridge and take a left turn which will traverse through the banks of Cauvery river for 30kms or something on the right side.. then you'll reach the town Karur.

On the entrance of Karur, you have two choices to driver further

[1] by entering through the bridge, which has a Toll system to surpass and go through the city, you'll reach the Karur bus stand, from there, go straight and you;ll soon face a traffic island, go straight as you came through which will lead you upto Kangayam.

[2] before entering Karur, take a left turn which will set you on the newly laid By Pass road, this well built road will take you directly to the Island Circle [ Round tana, in Tamil] and from there take the road to Kangayam.

Once reached the Kangayam town, take the route to Tirupur. In the ourskirts of Tirupur, take the road to Avinashi and in middle of it, take a right turn which will lead you to a small town called Annoor.

After annor, plz remind the road will be not so smooth but rough and many pitfalls, you'll reach the Mettupalayam through a bridge crossing in front of you.
