Most people are put into the wrong size Bras, so there is a very good chance you do not fit in a 32A. A 32A is actually a very rare size with people who have been properly fitted, simply because of the female body's predisposition for breast tissue. People who truly fit into this size, as well as AA-DD cups on bands 32-46, are called "unicorns" by the bra fitting community because it is so rare.

A 32A means your ribcage equals 32 inches; No inches added, no measured under your armpits where you do not wear your bra. And your bust measurement equals 33 inches, since an A cup only means there is a one inch difference between those two measurements.

You can "grow out of your bra size" by 1. Wearing a bra that actually fits you and encases all your breast tissue, the band does not reach for your neck, and making sure to "scoop and swoop" your breast tissue into the bra cup, and 2. Letting nature take its course, as your breasts will change size and shape multiple times in your life.
