Too add something to a page, click the Edit button to the right of the page title.
You click the little down arrow on the right side of the Edit button, and click Rename.
Mostly. 99% of Wikia wikis allow you to use the same account. The most notable exception is Uncyclopedia. When Uncyclopedia was founded, it was hosted on its own servers. When it merged with Wikia, it already had a large number of user accounts set-up, and could've had problems with multiple users with the same name had they merged their user databases.
If the main page is unprotected for your user group, you should just be able to edit it like any other page.
You can try to edit the amount of money you have but it is all server based so it doesn't really work. And you would get banned if they found out.
You can't really cheat, but there are some mods (specifically, Single Player Commands and Too Many Items) that let you give yourself items. There are also inventory editors that let you edit your inventory and give yourself items.
