If your sim is a female then it is impossible because you can only have up to 3 babies at once. You would have to have 2 batches of babies. Try listening to kids music and watching the kids channel to improve your chances of conception. Always works :)
If your sim is a male then get 15,000 lifetime points and buy "mater of romance" from the lifetime rewards. Find 6 females and try for baby with all if them.
