use the sucktion bulb they gave you from the hospital. Mix some baby wash and warm water about the temp of the babys bath water make sure you use some soap as a lubracant and give the baby an enama. do not insert the bulb more than one inch. it will only take 5min. I have a child with very hard bowls and this works and will not hurt them unless you insert too far. You can also take a Q-tip with vasolne on it insert it a twirl it around. Just insert the cotton tip. The stimulation will cause the baby to go.
