you let them know about God and you teach them the importance of it and try to let them know God loves them and its the right thing to do
I cant grow closer to God because I am already a part of It!
Yes it does encourage our faith.
They give us strength to overcome adversity. Also, we grow in faith by receiving the sacraments as often as we can.
Faith is inside of a person. According to Romans 10:17 (NKJV) So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. This means that your faith will grow as you read the Word of God. God will guide you and teach you. He will help you to learn truth according to Him and separate it from things that others say and do that is not of God.
Attend services, do things with your community, and help others .
When you have a need you make a seed faith offering to God. This can be a gift of finances, time, prayer for others, help others, anything you can do. Then you may have to wait in faith without wavering, always believing God's promise.

Catholic education is supposed to help you learn more about Christ and the Church so that you can grow into a deeper relationship with Him. As you deepen this relationship you will be more willing and able to help others grow in their relationships with Christ, or at least by "being Christ" to others. Of course, not in the literal sense, but by showing them Christ's love and imitating Him through your words and actions. If we are the Body of Christ then we should strive to become more Christlike. We can only do this if we are taught how. I'm not saying that you can only be taught how in a Catholic School. I, myself, went to a public school during high school. Parents should also be actively teaching their children about the faith and showing them what God is like through their words and actions. The faith is not something that is just learned in school or CCD and forgotten at home like most other subjects. It is something that should be lived each and everyday. Learning about the faith helps you to understand Christ, yourself, and your faith a little better so that you, in turn, can go & help others do the same.
