A very common answer . . . TELL SOMEONE! :0 It may sound very hard to do, but trust me. If you tell an adult that you know can be trusted (or just the police), they won't let you back into the arms of an abusive parent. Authorities would be called and you'll be safe. Go for it! Hope this helped! :3
There are many different options. In many cases, another family member, like your aunt or uncle or grandparents would take you in. If there is nobody else, a foster family would take you. It is very important that you call for help immediately if you are being abused. Call the police, talk to a teacher or your principal. Talk to a neighbor, talk to a friend, but get help immediately. Nobody has the right to hurt you if you are being abused. You must get help.

If an individual alleges tha they are being abused, you should try to talk to them. See if you can convince them to get help. Do not force it on them. Be there so they can talk to you.
Sometimes people will deny being in an abusive relationship and will not ask for help, but if it is very clear that they are being abused then tell someone in a position of authority about it (cops, teachers, parents, and other people you trust) Before discussing this with your friend, do some home work. I have listed some links to help you so you will be ready when she wants some help.

Not a lot. You can call the police and make out a report, but you could lose a friend. If this person, is really in an abusive relationship the abuser can and will take it out on your friend. Just be there for the friend, let this person know you will help as much as you can and urge this person to report it.You may also help to educate your friend, and help them realize there are places they can go for help. When they realize that they do have options, they may also realize that they don't have to continue being abused. See the related links below for a few resources. You may also do a search for help in your local area.
