Start considering a visit to the doctor. There are modern medications to decrease acid secretions of the stomach. Drink more milk diluated with water at night, mixing it with peppermint tea. I use to drink one liter at night, but if you are not accostumated to that amount drink less. Do not worry about things you can't change in life. Avoid excess of salt, do not eat spicy food. Eat more vegetables, cabbage everyday is excelent, as well as fruits, specially papaya, Avoid citric fruits, instead, get your vitamin C from acerola or cashew juice.
