It isn't possible unless you cover yourself completely. It will show in your hands, your face and neck too. If you struggle with anorexia, get help or you will eventually die of heart failure, severe malnutrition, or some other horrible way that comes with starving the body. I lost a classmate from highschool to anorexia. It devastated her family and her parents ended up in divorce. Anorexia is much more than physical, you will need to enter into a rehab center that specializes in the disease. It would be irresponsible to answer that question. Instead, you should seek help from a medical or mental health profesional. If you truly have a weight problem a medical professional can give you the guidance you need. If not, a mental health professional can help you deal with your problem. Anorexia is a dangerous condition that can result in early death. i am going to answer this question simply because i used to be anorexic and know how lonley it can be. (now recovered) simply type in pro-ana websites or something along that line and look carefully through what comes up. i am NOT pro-ana, but i know of several people who found the courage to go into recovery simply from the support they received on these sites, like i received support myself. these sites DO NOT promote anorexia, as most people claim, they simply give a place for people suffering (or who choose this life style) from these somewhere to honestly express their feelings and not get slammed for being the way they are. good sites will always support recovery and keeping yourself as healthy as possible. of course, like everything else in life there are the good and bad. sites that promote "become like us, anorexic!" are stupid. you DO NOT become ana just because you want to!! anorexia is no way to live, i know, and i hope anyone who is seeks help. otherwise, KEEP HEALTHY, and know your not alone!

Many people choose to hide their anorexia through clothing. That would be like not wearing clothes that reveal something like excessively sticking out bones, for example. Some will only eat in front of others, so people think that they eat, when that might be all they eat the entire day. Some make food in front of others and take it "to eat on the way to work" or "on the go", but then throw it out so, again, it seems like they are eating but they aren't. Other factors to hide are painting finger / toe nails becaus a lack of nutrients cause severe and noticeable discoloration, always applying chapstick ot contantly dry lips, and also always moisturizing extremely dry skin. Anorexia is a serious mental disorder, which can lead to various negative consequences for one's health and even death. If you or a close one have anorexia, you should talk to a health practitioner in order to get the medical support needed to become healthy again. If you want to hide your anorexia, you probably don't feel ready to recover. Communicate that to your doctor, family, instead of trying to perpetuate what is often a deadly disease.
