1963 $5 US Notes are common among collectors. None are particularly valuable.
As of 02/2012 in average condition they retail for face value to $8. Uncirculated ones retail for about $18 to $20.

There are two extremely valuable silver certificates. The 1928E 1 dollar bill and the 1933 10 dollar bill.
The Front
To the best of my knowledge, a circulated 1963 the dollar bill should be worth about $15.00 as of 2/2009. A bill that has not yet been circulated may be worth more, maybe up to $25.00.
