by having an strategy, having 40 cards (not many more, you'll end up never drawing your best combos, a "Card salad", adding dragons, and testing testing testing.
within a few duels you've should of seen what cards are not in place and switch them out for something better.
it's kinda hard giving tips on improving an deck i have no idea how is, as a dragon deck can be very versatile.

well that's a vague question cause in yugioh 5ds, stardust dragon is yusei fudo's favorite/best card. Since stardust dragon is an excellent card, you can put it in just about any deck with synchro summoning.
buy any old yugioh deck that contains red eyes black dragon and enter the code online that comes with it and you will recieve the entire deck online.
I run a very good dragon deck and the only equip card I run is Axe of Despair. 1000 attack.
