Depends on where the printer is located. If you can have it connected to the router, on the router install a print manager. On each computer connected to the router using your LAN, install the printer using the print manager as the target.

To check whether a printer is shared or not go to devices on the computer and note whether the printer is listed for that particular computer. Do this for each computer in question.
